PhotoRice making, fish preparation, and presentation are steeped in Japanese tradition. However, Nama creations are a fusion with American tastes. This is not sushi for sushi’s sake. Alongside traditional sashimi, sauces, tempura and local vegetables are introduced into many of the specialty rolls.
