Season’s 7th Annual New Year’s Eve Bash!

We are now taking reservations for our 7th annual New YearsEve Bash! Call now to reserve a spot between 5pm-10pm and come enjoy our exclusive special menu carefully selected by Chef Deron Little and our Corporate Chef Mark Roseberry. This will be four amazing courses for only $50.00 per person!

New Years Eve 2012

 

 

 

First Course

 

Your choice of one of the following:

 

 

Muscovy duck breast, black cherry wood smoked served on a grilled polenta cake prepared with smoked gouda and fresh sage then drizzled with a

 

balsamic blackberry gastrique

 

OR

 

Pan seared diver scallops resting on a sweet potato cake “blini” topped with

 

béarnaise sauce and caviar

 

 

Second Course

 

Spicy arugula with roasted walnuts, yellow and red grape tomatoes, boursin cheese, red onions and a port wine poached pear served with cherry cider vinaigrette

 

 

Third Course

 

Your choice of one of the following:

 

 

Garlic herb roasted tenderloin of beef paired with airline breast of chicken, coriander panko topping with a classic bordelaise sauce

 

OR

 

Garlic herb roasted tenderloin of beef paired with apple wood bacon wrapped grilled shrimp with jack Daniels andouille cream sauce

 

 

Both entrees served with Pervian blue mashed potatoes infused by white truffle oil and buttered asparagus with charred red pepper

 

 

Fourth Course

 

Your choice of one of the following:

 

 

Chocolate Torte

 

served with vanilla crème Anglaise and fresh raspberries

 

OR

 

New Years Eve peppermint Cheese Cake

 

served with Baileys Whipped Cream
